My name is Clare, and I’m the founder of this company, where all our tin candles are hand-poured in small batches in Cornwall. Our blends are infused with clean, non-toxic oils and finished with FSC-certified crackling wood wicks, providing a clean burn and cozy ambiance.

I started Kernowfornia Soul® to fulfill my creative passion and pour my heart into making candles that are both environmentally conscious and better for your health. My husband, Dr. Ian Hendy, a world-renowned marine biologist, is dedicated to tackling climate change through nature-based solutions. Together, we are committed to protecting what we love and keeping our coastlines healthy. That's why a portion of our profits from every candle sold is reinvested into kelp restoration projects both in the UK and globally.
