We hope you love your Kernowfornia Soul® candle.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unlit

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact us at
info@kernowforniasoul.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used candles

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different scent, please return the unused item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
